The German squad have openly admitted they are ready to wait for Alonso to make a decision about his future, with their second seat yet to be filled.
The two-time champion has insisted his first choice will be Renault, but the Spaniard is believed to have offers from BMW and Honda.
Kubica, who is close friends with Alonso, said he would have no problems driving alongside the Spaniard.
"I think I will not have any problems," Kubica, currently partnering Nick Heidfeld, said. "Especially because we know quite well. Fernando and me have the same view on racing, and quite similar driving styles.
"I think there are no real downsides to have him, but as I said I never have a problem with my teammate. Whether it is him or Nick, my approach is always the same."
Kubica also rubbished rumours linking him with a Ferrari drive in the future, and said Kimi Raikkonen's contact extension did not affect him at all.
"It changes nothing. The Ferrari thing, it shows it was just rumours and that is it. There is no difference," he added.
